
I have over 13 years of experience developing CRM, CX, digital and brand strategies for a range of blue chip clients. My work has been recognised at leading award shows including the Effies, APG, Cannes, D&AD, The One Show, Caples, Spikes, Best Ads, Spikes, AWARD and more.
As a Global Strategy Lead for Publicis Groupe Japan, I currently provide creative and communications strategy for INFINITI and NISSAN Motors international markets. Prior to my move overseas, I worked for DDB Group Sydney, one of the country's leading advertising agencies, as Strategy Director on Westpac, Volkswagen, LinkedIn and The Australian Red Cross.
Before to my move in to brand agencies, I spent my early career honing my digital expertise. I started at CX Agency Lavender where I was shown the ropes on all things CRM, Direct and Loyalty. From there, I refined my craft as a Digital Strategist at Wunderman and then Dentsu's Isobar Australia where I lead strategic responses for a range of major Financial, Sporting and FMCG clients including American Express, Microsoft, ME Bank and Paypal.
