This is what happens when an Amarok (a widely known off-road beast) marries with a on-road performance legend (Walkinshaw). This wasn't your typical Aussie ute, this one was bred to run against the heard - like it came from somewhere... different. With that in mind, we asked the public to imagine a place where wild utes roam, where expert handlers capture them and harness their raw power, turning beasts into thoroughbreds. We called this place Walkinshaw Station, where VW Amaroks are engineered to become the famed W-Series, the only ute reared for the road. To bring this tale to life, this through-the-line campaign was accompanied by an AR experience, live thoroughbred auction and merch store that allowed the public to take the station home and book a visit to these fabled lands.
