Following a bumpy few years through a Royal commission and COVID, Westpac was looking to evolve. In order to signal this change, we sought to shed light on both the big and and small moments Westpac could help. All of life's eventful moments that moved beyond the expected cliches our competitors leaned into; where all the surprise, excitement, uncertainty, vulnerability, and challenges can lie. From this, the 'Life is eventful, that's why Westpac helps' brand promise was born. The platform brought together four of Australia’s most exciting up-and-coming directors, Stefan Hunt, Danny Cohen, Shelly Lauman and Billie Pleffer, collaborating under the guidance of Lion director, Garth Davis.
